Description
Purpose: Responsible for all Marketing initiatives and activities related to LookinWell.com services lines/categories. Responsibilities include planning and executing marketing programs in line with the marketing and business objectives to increase sales and grow market share in North America (as well as assisting International Partners in growing global share). Assists in identifying new products along with the Product Development Team and other internal functions. Leads development of three-year product/category objectives and strategies. Leads product pricing, positioning, messaging and naming processes. Develops and drives execution of marketing plans across all distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Point person for defining and implementing category marketing objectives for LookinWell
  • Choice, and ensuring that the North America and Global strategies in place to achieve them
  • Lead all product pricing, positioning, naming of new products
  • Acts as primary Liaison between North America and the International team to ensure that local market needs are being met and that each program is appropriate to succeed in the respective geographies
  • Partners with all cross functional Groups (Product Development; Supply Chain/Packaging; Design; Creative; Training; Communications, Channel Marketing, etc.) to bring new programs to market

  • Develops outline, oversees development of presentation and any other materials created for Marketing, Sales and Retailer meetings, as well as regional and strategy meetings on an as-needed basis
  • Responsible for clearly and effectively communicating program / category /market strategies to internally (to Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) in a timely manner, including but not limited to programming guidelines, goals, timing, etc.
  • Works with direct to consumer Marketing/Merchandising Manager to define strategy and supports execution for POS guidelines and other merchandising guidance


Financial, Budgetary, and Pricing Management
  • Manages North America Marketing budget with Marketing/Merchandising Manager inclusive of historical budget spending analysis and proposals for future plans
  • Oversees analysis of category portfolio and sku productivity resulting in recommendations for sku discontinuation
  • Manages pricing process for Products, including input from International Partners in defining the guidelines for the US as a market of reference, and ensuring US execution is aligned with global guidance. Coordinates tracking of price impact on sales performance


Position Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree required. MBA/Masters a plus
  • 8 years relevant work experience in the health, beauty, welbeing industry. Beauty/Cosmetics experience preferable
  • Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of marketing, product development and cross-functional teams
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with un-prompted follow-through
